The WPSSS-4000 Plastic Intelligent Sorting System is used for sorting plastics in electronic waste. The mixed electronic waste materials, after crushing, washing, and drying, are processed into plastic particles with a size of approximately 16mm. These particles are then fed into the sorting system, where they undergo one or multiple sorting processes based on their material composition, resulting in the separation of different types of plastics. The purity of the sorted plastics can reach over 98%, with a silicon rubber content of less than 2%. The system has a production capacity of 1.5-2 tons per hour.
